Director and Founder of Property Network of Australia, Eddie started his recruitment career in 2007, placing interim, non-clinical Directors into the UK’s National Health Service for leading national agency, Badenoch & Clark. In 2011 he took the opportunity to move to Australia to work for Judd Farris recruitment and enjoyed two successful years working out of Judd Farris’ Brisbane office, placing commercial and retail property professionals across Queensland and being the company’s national top billing consultant in 2012. Eddie subsequently created Property Network of Australia in 2013, with a focus on quality, sound industry knowledge and utilising his strong relationships in the SE QLD market to support the commercial and retail property industry with mid-senior level recruitment assignments.
Eddie’s goal is for Property Network of Australia to drive it’s growth and reputation across Australia and ensure PNA continues to be a key partner for many of the leading property landlords and management groups across Australia.
Outside of PNA, Eddie is a keen soccer fan and has followed England over the past 12 years on international tournaments in Germany, South Africa, France and Russia and most recently in Portugal. He’s also a co-Director/owner of a residential development business in the UK - Deercroft Homes.
Director of Property Network of Australia, Jon joined PNA in July 2016 following 5 years recruiting in the UK for global recruitment firm Michael Page where he launched a new division - Michael Page Digital managing three teams across three locations across the North of England, specialising in marketing and digital recruitment. Jon was recognised with a national award In 2014 for his outstanding performance in developing the start-up brand, as well as being the highest biller nationally within this discipline where he was responsible for billing as well as training and developing new consultants.
Prior to his recruitment career, Jon played professional football for Blackpool FC in the UK, as well as representing Malta at U19 and U21 level. After graduating from Durham University with a business marketing degree, Jon worked for Red Bull as a brand marketing manager before leaving to join a start- up business which was an experiential marketing company utilising unique products to introduce both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing & advertising strategies for both national and international brands.
Jon’s goal for Property Network of Australia is continue to drive awareness and growth of the brand by delivering on our core values to ensure PNA is recognised by the industry as Australia’s leading property recruitment firm.
Outside of PNA, Jon is a passionate people person with a strong interest in travel, innovative marketing concepts and of course Soccer!
Senior Consultant at Property Network Australia, Avril joined PNA in July 2019 after building a strong reputation across the Brisbane property market. Starting her career in recruitment in 2014 with Davidson, she has a background in commercial property prior to this, working as a Certified Practicing Valuer within Commercial Property for nearly three years with Landmark White after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Real Estate and Development.
Avril has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the property market and specialises in the recruitment of property and development roles from graduates to senior management. She has delivered strategic recruitment processes for institutional owners, private and public organisations Australia-wide but with a focus on the QLD market specifically.
Avril is also a committee member for the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) and is an active volunteer for various industry events during the year, bringing together hundreds of industry professionals to support an amazing cause.
Avril’s goal for PNA is to use her knowledge and passion for the industry to enable further growth for the well-recognised PNA brand on a national level. She works with reputable property, development and real estate firms where both businesses can align to achieve value driven partnerships, achieving future business growth through a people and culture focus.
Aaron joins us having over 4 years of Recruitment and Property experience, originally commencing his career in the industry as a Commercial Leasing Executive within the Brisbane CBD Office market.
Following a move to Sydney in 2017, Aaron was approached by the Recruitment Agency he was interviewing with to join their team internally, where he supported two Retail Recruitment Consultants from a candidate management perspective.
After spending 12 months in Sydney, Aaron made an internal move back home to Brisbane, continuing to focus on retail, and commercial recruitment within QLD’s South East market.
Aaron has joined Property Network of Australia to help continue our growth and strengthen candidate relations across the market by assisting our Consultants and wider team with the candidate management process. Aaron will also be exploring new areas within the property industry the business where we can widen our service offering.
Outside of PNA Aaron enjoys photography, art, visiting galleries and exhibitions when and where he can, along with Coast trips, camping and hiking. He’s also not adverse to the odd social event, drink and/or meal out!
Following the completion of a Bachelor of Creative Industries and Business from QUT, Dominique has joined the Property Network of Australia’s team as our Marketing & Team Assistant. Dominique drives our social media content, blog posts, EDMs, industry research, stakeholder marketing communications, as well as working with our Directors in relation to PNA’s corporate marketing. In addition to her marketing focus, Dominiqiue also provides our team with high level support with all day-to-day activities and also provides the team with market analysis information to help drive further growth for the business locally and interstate.
Dominique’s goal for PNA is to enhance the online presence by leading the creation of new marketing proposals and strategies in order to enhance brand recognition and growth. Her knowledge of tailoring campaigns to the brands needs come from her diverse background of e-commerce, social media management, copywrite, and overall knowledge of pre to post content creation for a number of different clients within different industries.
Outside of work Dominique is a coffee and wine enthusiast with her calendar filled with social events months in advance! Among her many interests including fashion, photography, food and being active, Dominique often comes into work with a new hobby she has tried over the weekend from pottery classes to stencilling and spray painting. Lastly, of course, she loves to travel having visited over 18 countries in the last 6 years.
