Director and Founder of Property Network of Australia, Eddie started his recruitment career in 2007, placing interim, non-clinical Directors into the UK’s National Health Service for leading national agency, Badenoch & Clark. In 2011 he took the opportunity to move to Australia to work for Judd Farris recruitment and enjoyed two successful years working out of Judd Farris’ Brisbane office, placing commercial and retail property professionals across Queensland and being the company’s national top billing consultant in 2012. Eddie subsequently created Property Network of Australia in 2013, with a focus on quality, sound industry knowledge and utilising his strong relationships in the SE QLD market to support the commercial and retail property industry with mid-senior level recruitment assignments.
Eddie’s goal is for Property Network of Australia to drive it’s growth and reputation across Australia and ensure PNA continues to be a key partner for many of the leading property landlords and management groups across Australia.
Outside of PNA, Eddie is a keen soccer fan and has followed England over the past 12 years on international tournaments in Germany, South Africa, France and Russia and most recently in Portugal. He’s also a co-Director/owner of a residential development business in the UK - Deercroft Homes.
Director of Property Network of Australia, Jon joined PNA in July 2016 following 5 years recruiting in the UK for global recruitment firm Michael Page where he launched a new division - Michael Page Digital managing three teams across three locations across the North of England, specialising in marketing and digital recruitment. Jon was recognised with a national award In 2014 for his outstanding performance in developing the start-up brand, as well as being the highest biller nationally within this discipline where he was responsible for billing as well as training and developing new consultants.
Prior to his recruitment career, Jon played professional football for Blackpool FC in the UK, as well as representing Malta at U19 and U21 level. After graduating from Durham University with a business marketing degree, Jon worked for Red Bull as a brand marketing manager before leaving to join a start- up business which was an experiential marketing company utilising unique products to introduce both above-the-line and below-the-line marketing & advertising strategies for both national and international brands.
Jon’s goal for Property Network of Australia is continue to drive awareness and growth of the brand by delivering on our core values to ensure PNA is recognised by the industry as Australia’s leading property recruitment firm.

Joining PNA in January 2023, responsible for managing operations in Melbourne, Lawrence brings over 20 years of recruitment experience to the PNA team across the property, facilities management, accountancy, and change management industries.
Originally from the UK, Lawrence spent his early childhood in Brisbane and had a calling to return to Australia, moving back permanently in 2014. On his return, Lawrence joined leading property recruitment business Judd Farris (now Spring Professional) in Melbourne and since then has grown an enviable network across Victoria and having been recognised numerous times as a national top billing consultant while also managing a national team across Facilities Management & Property.
Lawrence was attracted to Property Network Australia’s values, their authentic approach to relationships, networking, market knowledge, standards and sole dedication to the property industry. Lawrence’s goal is to further capitalise on PNA’s success story to date, continue to grow and look at opportunities to support and further grow PNA’s national presence.
Lawrence values customer centricity, empathy and listening as high values that have provided a sustainable and authentic career in the recruitment industry. Outside of work he is avid cyclist and golfer, this also offers the opportunity to network with customers, attend charity events whilst offering various health benefits to keep up with his two active daughters.

Denise joined PNA in March 2020 with 9 years recruitment industry experience and having previously worked with PNA Director, Eddie Reed.
Denise began her recruitment career in an Office Manager & Resourcer capacity before moving into a Recruitment Consultant and later Senior Recruitment Consultant role which saw her recruiting tradespeople for a number of clients in the manufacturing and engineering space both locally and nationally.
Prior to this Denise worked in a variety of P.A. and Senior Secretary roles in Scotland across both the residential and commercial property sectors having developed a strong passion for property at an early age which saw her purchase and renovate her first property at just 18 years old. With a strong attention to detail and a focus on quality Denise supports the team at PNA in an administrative capacity and drives best-practice, compliance and marketing.
Outside of PNA, Denise busies herself with her online retail business and she enjoys travelling, vintage furniture upcycling and consistently learning new skills.

Our newest addition to PNA, Jess, joined in February 2024 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant based in Brisbane. Jess, is a professional with a unique blend of experience in hotel management and a passion for the dynamic world of commercial property. With a solid background in hotel management, Jess brings a wealth of expertise in hospitality - from frequent networking with guests to on-the-spot problem-solving and adaptability, customer service, and team coordination to the table.
In 2022, Jess took a step towards her interest in the property industry by taking a year to work in marketing and team coordination at Harcourts. During this time, she gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the real estate market, honing her skills in marketing strategies and effective team collaboration. This experience served as a pivotal moment, fuelling Jess' deep-seated passion for the commercial property sector.
Driven by a genuine desire to help individuals find the perfect fit in their careers, Jess is committed to leveraging her diverse background to identify talent and create successful partnerships within the commercial property domain. Her unique journey, transitioning from hotel management to marketing and real estate, has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and a keen understanding of the qualities that make a candidate excel in the commercial property field.
Outside of PNA, Jess enjoys traveling, netball, gymming, op shopping, and finding furniture pieces to upcycle as well as wine and cheese nights with her friends. She also loves a good seafood restaurant to try out on the weekends!

Kiara joined the PNA team in January 2024 as Property Network of Australia’s Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator based in Brisbane. Prior to her role at PNA Kiara worked within the marketing, social media and content creation space for a number of small businesses ranging from the property styling industry to weddings and events. Kiara is passionate about creating innovative and engaging marketing materials to grow company reputation and build community rapport.
Using her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications majoring in Public Relations combined with her industry experience, Kiara assists with all aspects of PNA’s marketing presence by producing high level marketing materials that assist in developing and maintaining the company’s reputation as one of Australia’s leading Commercial Property Recruitment agencies.
Kiara also assists in the recruitment process by providing quality support to PNA’s QLD clients and candidates under the close support of directors Eddie Reed and Jon Fenech as she develops her skills in the commercial property and recruitment space.
Outside of PNA, Kiara is passionate about all things fashion, food and new experiences, and most importantly spending time with her beloved miniature dachshund Latte.
